Koval Dry Gin Barreled is crafted at the first distillery to operate in Chicago since the mid-1800s. Founded by two married ex-academics, Koval focuses on organic kosher spirits distilled from ethically sourced ingredients. It is a delightful expression of Chicago's first distillery since the prohibition era, meticulously crafted in small batches. This organic gin is known for its innovative blend of woodland spices, making it a distinct choice for gin aficionados. The juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the palate is graced with a dry yet vibrant taste, clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper, all encased in a round, floral body.
